FLASHBACK: Snowfall of 2003

This image was captured February 2003 on Oak Street, Newcomerstown. A record setting 20.5" of snow had fallen with drifts up to four feet. Newcomerstown Street Department used 30 tons of salt and 75 tons of ash, which was more than they had used in the entire previous year.
