Members of the Heels Down 4-H Club of Tuscarawas County donated an American flag on Oct. 2 to the Tri-County Sportsman's Club on Dog Road, Newcomerstown. Advisors Richard Gano, Dave Dyer, Sara Bliss and Stevi Jo Bliss, along with the members of the Heels Down 4-H Club, say the Pledge of Allegiance, the 4-H Pledge and the 4-H Motto at each meeting. The Tri-County Sportsman Club donates the use of its building for all the Heels Down 4-H meetings. The flag was a gift to the Sportsman's Club for their generous hospitality.
