Starting March 4th at 6:00 the Tuscarawas/Carroll County Affiliate of NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Illness will begin the HAND TO HAND educational program here in Newcomerstown.
The classes will run each Wednesday for 9 weeks.
The classes are free to those who are interested in attending. Registration is required.
