Throw Me Something Mister!

This is one of the 48 floats of the Krewe of Thoth that parades during Carnival season. There are more than fifty parades during the two weeks leading up to Mardi Gras day. Each float has around thirty plus masked riders and each rider carries around 50 gross of beads(a gross is 12 dozen)along with stuffed animals, toys, novelties, and balls. The riders all pay for their own throws, which can cost a couple thousand dollars.
