As Buckeye Career Center seniors are preparing to graduate and enter the workforce, finding the right job is of great importance. Getting the right job hinges on having a good interview. Students were fortunate to have Rod Reese give them some tips on "How to Interview". Mr. Reese has had a long and varied career in industry and education. He shared with students several key points leading to a successful interview; those being the importance of having goals, commitment, and complete preparation, as well as a thorough research of the company and the prospective job/position. Above all else, one needs to develop a plan and communicate the plan to the interviewer. Bob Alsept, superintendent, said, "Mr. Reese's presentation is a part of Buckeye Career Center's "soft skill" training program that helps students gain and maintain successful careers. These programs help Buckeye Career Center students bring their "A" Game!"
