Helen DeVault wanted to correct the cleft palate of a little boy for a long time. On her 94th birthday, family, friends and employees of Riverside Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Newcomerstown made her dream come true. She was able to send $270 to "Smile Train," an organization that can for $250 give a little boy a chance to eat, breathe and smile like all other little boys. She said it was the best birthday ever.
