NEW PHILADELPHIA -- The Tuscaraws County Pork Producers are accepting applications for its $500 scholarship.
Ten scholarships will be awarded to area students.
Applicants must be a resident of Tuscarawas County or a family members of a Tuscarawas County Pork Producer.
Any student currently a high school senior or college student, up to the age of 25, may apply. They encourage any student who plans to pursue a career in agriculture or agriculture-related field to apply.
Applications are due April 20.
All Tuscarwas County high schools, Kent/Tuscarawas, Stark State, OSU-ATI, and the Ohio State Extension Office have applications.
