Caleb Munholand, l, plant manager of Newcomerstown's General Electric facility, was presented with the Employers Supporting Guard And Reservist's (ESGR) Award and a flag, from Sgt. Marion Rominger of Newcomerstown at a "Welcome Home" luncheon for Rominger who was deployed to Iraq for 10 months.
