Southeastern Med welcomes first baby of 2013 at hospital

Southeastern Med announces the arrival of the first baby born in 2013. Joseph Nathaniel Devore was born at 5:41 a.m. on Jan. 1 to parents Shannah and Christopher Devore of Bethesda. The healthy little bundle of joy weighed 9 pounds and 1.2 ounces, and measured 22 inches long.
