Dr. Tupper collecting shoes for Salvation Army donation

Published: April 19, 2017 12:00 AM

The time for spring cleaning has arrived. Summer is coming and school will be out shortly. When you come across gently used shoes in your closets or garage, please consider donating them versus to throwing them out.

You may drop them off at Dr. Don Tupper, Podiatrist office, located at 1529 Walnut Street, Coshocton (one block east of Coshocton Regional Medical Center). Office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or simply leave your donations on the porch.

Dr. Tupper's office will in turn take them to the Salvation Army.

There is a consistent tide of need for gently used shoes for those of lesser means in the community. This is just one way of paying it forward.

For more information, call 740-622-8400. Donations will be accepted until May 1.
