PORT WASHINGTON -- Mayor Tom Gardner reminded Port Washington village council members during the June meeting that five council seats will be open as of Jan. 1, 2018.

Board members also learned Councilwoman Melody Alexander graduated from the Tuscarawas County Leadership Program. Alexander indicated it was a "great experience," according to a report filed by Port Washington Fiscal Officer Darissa Lute.
