Several golfers from Indian Valley and Ridgewood earned recognition on the Eastern District Golf Coaches Association All-Star Team for 2012.
In Division II boys, Indian Valley sophomore Mitchell Lehigh and junior Shawn Mills earned first team berths and senior Bret Penick was named to the honorable mention list.
In Division III boys, Ridgewood senior Tyler Davis gained first team recognition and senior Howie Young was a second team selection.
In Division II girls, Ridgewood senior Paige Lane and Indian Valley sophomore Kelli Carroll gained first team honors; Indian Valley senior Kristen Eckhardt and sophomore Amber Ruscin and Ridgewood freshman Samantha Wilson were named to the second team; and Indian Valley senior Hunter Specht and junior Amanda Jones gained honorable mention.
Ridgewood's Davis and Lane also received Academic All-Ohio recognition.
