UHRICHSVILLE -- The Newcomerstown office of The Village Network (TVN) has moved to the agency's Uhrichsville location at 117 E. 3rd St. Rear, Uhrichsville, effective immediately. The move consolidates TVN day treatment and treatment foster care services for Tuscarawas County in one place.
The Uhrichsville facility is part of The Village Network, headquartered in Wooster, with 10 locations across the state specializing in the treatment and care of troubled and traumatized youth. The Uhrichsville location offers daily group and weekly individual counseling for adolescents and their families. Psychological assessments are also available on site according to Robert Draman, program coordinator.
The addition of Brandi Ankrom, a Licensed Professional Counselor, will better situate TVN to recruit foster homes in Coshocton, Carroll, Harrison and Guernsey counties. It will also offer additional mental health services to the foster children and the foster families currently in the organization's care. To contact Ankrom, call (740) 922-2144.
