COSHOCTON -- The Coshocton County Junior Leadership 4-H Club met Jan. 4 at Kid's America in Coshocton.

The club members discussed the past community service project: Christmas shopping for a needy family.

During the meeting, the club had an installation of officers. New officers for 2009 are as follows: President, Joel Hamric; vice president, Michael Hedrick; secretary, Emily Stout; assistant secretary, Christy Gilmore; treasurer, Amanda Yoder; news reporter, Suzie McMullen; and assistant news reporter, Carter Eberwine.

The club discussed their 2009 schedule. At the conclusion of the meeting, the club members participated in various athletic activities at Kid's America.

The next meeting of the Coshocton County Junior Leaders 4-H Club will be Sunday, Jan. 18 at Acres of Fun in Wooster.
