5th Quarters return to Newcomerstown

5th Quarters are back at the River of Life Community Center with more consoles for video games and other planned activities.

The HeBrews Coffeehouse will continue to offer a place for both teens and adults to gather for conversation and board games while enjoying refreshments.

Coffee beverages and snacks available for a donation.

The Upper Room has recently been remodeled and will be open to high schoolers.

The gym offers basketball, dodgeball and volleyball for all ages.

5th Quarters will take place Friday nights from 9 to 11 p.m. after every Trojan boys' home basketball game.

The three remaining dates for this season are Jan. 29 and Feb. 12. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the activities.

Admission is free and activities are supervised by Christ UMC staff. Students grade 6 to 12 need to complete an emergency contact form and a conduct agreement to participate. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by a parent.

The River of Life Center is located directly behind Christ United Methodist Church at 648 Oak St., Newcomerstown.
