SUGARCREEK -- Ohio State University Extension will be offering two Money Matters programs in October. Stretching Your Dollar will take place at the Sugarcreek Library on Tuesday, Oct. 12 at 5:30 p.m. The program focuses on ways to stop "spending leaks" and work cost saving measures into the family spending plan.
Finance and Holiday Stress will be offered at the Newcomerstown Public Library on Thursday, Oct. 21 at 6:30 p.m. The hustle and bustle of the holiday season can add a lot of stress to our lives. This session will provide tips for planning ahead, spending wisely and decreasing holiday headaches.
All Money Matters programs are open to the public and free of charge, but registration is strongly encouraged as the program may be canceled if there are an insufficient number of participants. Contact the Ohio State University, Tuscarawas County at (330) 339-2337 by 4 p.m. one day prior to the program to register.
The Money Matters program is partnership between OSU Extension Tuscarawas County, the Tuscarawas County Public Library System and the Newcomerstown Public Library.
