ORANGE -- The Blue Ridge Grange met Dec. 4 for a covered dish supper. The meeting opened with singing "Joy to the World."

A thank you letter was read from Lafayette Pointe Nursing Home for the lap robes made and donated by Martha Hoffman. A donation was made to the Salvation Army.

Marilyn and Dean Wyler, Coshocton County representatives to the state Grange meeting, gave a report.

A special meeting was conducted Nov. 28 at the Grange Hall. State Grange Master Gary Brumbaugh and his wife, Linda, were present. Gary presented membership awards to Florence Harstine for 60 years, Jean Rausch for 70 years, Thurman Rausch for 75 years and Elizabeth Zimmer for 75 years. Unable to attend were Robert DeGendt who has been in the Grange for 55 years and Martha Owens who has been a member for 25 years.

The next meeting will be at 8 p.m. Jan. 8 in the Grange Hall.
