ZANESVILLE -- A Muskingum County man was sentenced Friday, Feb. 11 to 90 days jail suspended on one count of vehicular manslaughter, a second-degree misdemeanor.
George Holland, 73, was charged in connection with the death of Russell J. Hammond, 28, of Coshocton.
Hammond was killed in July when Holland was driving a tractor across Ohio 16 at Adams Mills.
Hammond tried to stop but his motorcycle hit the tractor.
Holland's license was suspended for one year as well.
