DOVER -- The Norma Johnson Center (NJC) invites the public to come and listen to a presentation about "Bears in Ohio " by Jamey Graham from the Ohio Division of Wildlife on Saturday, April 14 from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Brandywine Center.

The center is located on Old State Route 39 across from Valley View Homes. Registration for those who want to attend is a must by calling Marsha Zoller, Norma Johnson Center director, at 330-339-7976, ext. 207.

Following the Bears in Ohio talk, those interested can visit a local eagle's nest. They will meet at 10:30 a.m. at the center to proceed to the nest where participants can observe the eagles in their natural environment.

Anyone who has binoculars or a scope is asked to bring them along to get a closer look at the eagles and their nest.

Both events have limited spacing so call to learn about bears or look at the eagles and their nest. The program will go until noon.

Donations will be accepted for both of the events, sponsored by the Norma Johnson Center. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
