St. Paul's United Church of Christ to have Vacation Bible School

PORT WASHINGTON -- A summer kids' event called "Sky" will be hosted at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Port Washington, from July 9 to July 13.

At "Sky", faith and imagination soar as kids discover that everything is possible with God. Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and dig into yummy treats, experience electrifying Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them to trust God, and fun crafts they'll take home. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with "Fly Away Finale" -- a celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they've learned. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in daily for this special time at the conclusion of each day's event at 8:15 p.m.

The church is located at the corner of High and Arch streets in Port Washington.

"Sky" is for kids from age 2 to sixth grade and will run from 6 to 8:30 p.m. each day.
