KIMBOLTON -- The public is invited to an afternoon of country music Sunday, Aug. 5 from noon until 4 p.m. at the Kimbolton Community Center.

Country and gospel music will be presented by many talented local musicians. Rod Bradford, Rance Rose and others will entertain from noon to 2 p.m. Bill Roe and friends will entertain from 2 until 3 p.m. Jesse Rose, accompanied by area jammers, will take the stage from 3 until 4 p.m. There will be cake walks and a 50-50 raffle. The menu for the day will include baked pork chops and chicken dinners as well as an assortment of sandwiches and desserts. Carry-out is available.

This event is sponsored by The Kimbolton Homecoming Committee and is open to the public with no admission charge. Donations are appreciated.
