Kimbolton Homecoming set
KIMBOLTON -- The Kimbolton Homecoming celebration is set for Aug. 25-26. A chicken barbecue, parade, raffle tickets, 50-50 drawing, car show, square dance and yard sales are all planned.
The square dance will be Saturday, Aug. 25 from 7 to 9 p.m. and will feature Rod Bradford and Buddies.

Newcomerstown Farmers Market is up and running for the season. It takes place every Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Newcomerstown Library parking lot.
Enjoy fresh local produce and baked goods. You will also find assorted crafts, jewelry, soap and candles.
Yard sales in village
The Newcomerstown Chamber of Commerce's annual village-wide yard sales are set for Aug. 3 and Aug. 4 in the village. To have your address listed in advertising, call 498-4545.

Christ's Kitchen, located in the Fellowship Hall of the Christ United Methodist Church in Newcomerstown, serves dinner from 4 to 6:15 p.m. every Monday. The dining room is open from 4 to 6:30 p.m.
The meal is free but donations are accepted.

Sonshine Boxes drop-off
Bob Pell's Nationwide Insurance office, located at 117 N. Bridge St., Newcomerstown, is a new collection site for items to be sent to soldiers serving our country. Items may still be donated at Riverside Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, also in Newcomerstown. Sonshine Boxes consist of anything a soldier might need such as personal hygiene items, games, movies, etc.
