MINERAL CITY -- Maureen Wise, who began as Huff Run coordinator in 2003, has resigned from her position.

Wise had accepted the job in 2003 after completing a research project with Huff Run prior to graduation from Mount Union University.

She has accepted a position at Stark State College. She will work in the writing center, where she will help with sustainability on campus and in the area.

Huff Run Watershed Restoration Partnership (HRWRP) Continues to restore the Huff Run Watershed by improving water quality and enhancing wildlife habitat through community support and involvement.

Mud Run Watershed Streamkeepers is a partnership to improve the quality of the watershed, rebuild the ecosystem and better the community.

Rural Action was seeking a new Huff Run/Mud Run coordinator to manage educational and watershed restoration projects in the Tuscarawas and Carroll counties.
