NHS Class of 1982 to have 30th class reunion
Newcomerstown High School's 100th graduating class is celebrating its 30th class reunion, "Class of 1982," on Saturday, Oct. 20.
From 5 to 6:30 p.m., the night will begin with a tour of the middle school, high school and Lee Stadium. There have been lots of additions and changes since the class was in school. Denny Belle will serve as the tour guide. (Those attending are asked to meet in the high school parking lot.)
Next, from 7 to 11 p.m., the reunion will continue at the Newcomerstown Elks Lodge, Main Street, Newcomerstown. There will be a disc jockey, open bar, appetizers and a social gathering. They will also be having a silent auction, if possible. Bring an item to donate. A table will be set-up with items for bidding. Monies raised will be used toward donating a memorial tree to the high school in honor of the class members who have passed away.
NHS Classes of 1981 and 1983 are also invited to attend.
