COSHOCTON -- A celebration of life and music of Jimmy Durben, who passed away in July, will be hosted by Rod Bradford and Friends at the Legacy Lounge at the Coshocton Bowling Center on Saturday, Dec. 8 from 1 to 7 p.m.

Durben was well-known in the community as an avid and talented musician, singing, playing guitar and fiddle, his first band was The Buckeye Boys, he played in several other bands, his last being, The Country Roundup.

Anyone who worked with or was influenced by Durben is encouraged to attend and share memories and music. This is an afternoon event to make it easier for everyone to attend, especially musicians who may work on Saturday night.

There is no cover, and they are not attempting to raise money in any way, just to honor the legacy of someone who shared so much with so many.
