CAMBRIDGE -- Southeastern Med and the Auxiliary will host a community health screening on Wednesday, Sept. 4 from 7 to 9 a.m. for individuals ages 18 and older at the Community Health Link, located at 1205 Clark St., Cambridge.
The screening consists of a 26-panel lab screening for $50. Participants may choose to also have a TSH (thyroid) and PSA (prostate) screening performed for $15 each. The 26-panel screening requires a 10 to 12 hour fast with only water permitted. Those participating can still take any morning medications as usual.
Southeastern Med Auxiliary is dedicated to enhancing patient care through community fundraisers. All proceeds from this screening will help raise funds to purchase four new hospital beds for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
