CAMBRIDGE -- Finishing touches on costumes and decorations along with dress rehearsals will take place this week to prepare for the combined Cambridge Singers and Cambridge City Band Christmas concert.

The concert will be Sunday, Dec. 1 at the Scottish Rite Auditorium beginning at 3 p.m. Admission is free with a free will offering being collected during the concert. Non-perishable food items will also be collected for Feed My People.

Concert-goers will enjoy their favorite holiday classics, old and new, featuring the talents of our local musicians. There may even be a few familiar Christmas guests stopping by.

Other holiday performances by these groups will include the Cambridge Singers at the Guernsey County Senior Citizens Center's annual Christmas party and the Kambri Shrine Christmas party while the City Band will be seen and heard as the Grand Marshal of this year's Cambridge Main Street Holiday Parade on Nov. 30 beginning at 5 p.m.
