The Ridgewood Local Schools Board of Education met in regular session on Monday, April 24. All members were present. The Pledge of Allegiance was given. The minutes from the previous meeting were approved. Tony Griffith, 529 E. Union Ave., West Lafayette, addressed the Board on a personnel issue. The issue was referred to be submitted at the May meeting in executive session.

Commendations and recognition were given to students and staff: Jordy Lower who recently participated in the State Geography Bee. He is only one of three students from Ridgewood to do so; Julia Grimmet won the Edward E. Montgomery Jr. Piano Competition Junior Division; The Sound of Music entire Cast, Crew, and Staff; Terry Guilliams recognized and chosen as Chamber of Commerce Coshocton County Employee of the year.

New Business: Bus bids will be completed through the OMERESA co-operative bus bidding procedure.

The Treasurer's report was approved as given.

Mr. Reibesell updated the board on some Legislative items that will impact RLSD concerning funding.

The Board entered into Executive Session. No action was taken.
