NEW PHILADELPHIA — Join the cast of Trumpet in the Land at 8 p.m. Oct. 6, 7, 13 and 14 as the legendary vampire Dracula walks the hills of the Schoenbrunn Amphitheatre.

The children of the night howling in the wind will have you looking over your shoulder and questioning every move and every sound in the ever-ominous darkness of the open- air amphitheater.

Be enthralled by the mesmerizing story, but don’t be too quick to think that the person sitting next to you is just another audience member, as you watch the blood-sucking Count played by Joe Bonamico, the relentless Professor Van Helsing played by Bart Herman, Mark Durbin as the comical butler Charles and Laura Milarcik as Lucy, the object of the Count’s obsession.

Remaining cast members include Missy Zickel, Kami Stanley, Megan Sams, Larry Sams, Mikey Rogers, Nate Kiliany, Liz Holmes, Doug Downie, Matthew Craig and Lora Cotton.

Tickets for Dracula are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors age 60 and over and $10 for children age 12 and under. 

Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Trumpet in the Land office, located in the Tuscarawas County Convention & Visitors’ Bureau, 124 E. High Ave. in New Philadelphia, or by calling 330- 339-1132 or 330-364-5111. Tickets can also be purchased at the box office, after 6 p.m. on the night of the performance.
