Sally Arnold of Sally’s Hilltop Market, located just north of the Guernsey County line on Salt Fork Road, checks out a large slip that occurred this past weekend. The roadway, old US 21, is expected to be closed for a couple of months. Sally said the closure will kill her business. Most of her business is people traveling to and from Salt Fork State Park. The market is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Sunday and Monday from 9 a.m. until 11 p.m.
