LAVENA DOMALEWSKI

1961-2010

A memorial service for Lavena L. "Venie" McIntire Domalewski, 48, of Orrville and a former resident of Bakersville, a little town she was very fond of, was April 21, 2010, at Renner's St. Paul United Church of Christ in Fresno. The Rev. Sharon Jacobsen officiated the services with burial of Venie's cremated remains in the church cemetery. The Toland-Herzig Funeral Home in New Philadelphia was in charge of arrangements. She passed away Thursday, April 15 at Affinity Medical Center, Massillon, following a brief illness.

Born May 1, 1961, in Wooster, Venie was a daughter of Elizabeth Honabarger McIntire of Bakersville, and the late Clarence E. McIntire.

She graduated from Ridgewood High School in 1979, and was a loving homemaker whose family meant the world to her. Venie was a good, out-going, happy-go-lucky, giving soul.

She was a member of Renner's St. Paul United Church of Christ in Fresno.

In addition to her mother, Venie is survived by two sons, Jerry A. Domalewski of the residence and Joseph C. Domalewski of Orrville; two brothers, Jeffrey N. (Brenda) McIntire Sr. of Newcomerstown and Raymond D. (Kathy) McIntire of Stone Creek; a half-sister, Debra Henthorn of Wooster; fiancé, Wyatt Scott of Orrville; step-mother, Nancy McIntire of Wooster; and many loving nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
