Laura Patricia "Pat" Haver, 79, a resident of the Riverside Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for several years and a lifelong resident of Newcomerstown, passed away Saturday morning, Nov. 27, at the Riverside Manor care facility.
She was a graduate of Newcomerstown High School, Class of 1949.
Pat was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Newcomerstown.
Pat is survived by two sons, Willis W. "Bill" and wife Deborah E. (Landon) Haver Jr., Newcomerstown, and Robert A. "Bob" and wife Amy L. (Harding) Haver, Columbus. Also surviving are her grandson, Zachary W. and wife Shannon R. (Mathews) Haver, Beavercreek; her brother, John E. "Jack" Buckey, Newcomerstown; her sister, Pauline and husband Charles Helt, Adams Mills; sister-in-law, Marilyn Haver, Birmingham, Ala.; and several nieces and nephews.
To honor Pat's wishes, her remains have been cremated. Memorial services to celebrate Pat's life will be this Saturday, Jan, 22 at 1 p.m. at the Christ United Methodist Church, 648 Oak St., Newcomerstown. The Rev. Ronald Little will officiate.
Friends will be received by Pat's family at Christ United Methodist Church on Saturday from noon until the 1 p.m. memorial services.
