Kenneth W. Robinson, 92, of West Lafayette, passed away Friday (May 27, 2011) at his residence.
He was born Thursday, July 11, 1918, in Linton Township, Coshocton County, to the late Samuel and Essie (Peiter) Robinson.
He attended Plainfield High School and was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of Plainfield United Methodist Church and the Plainfield Grange. He was a former member of the Plainfield School Board and the Coshocton County Republican Central Committee.
On Dec. 25, 1937, he married Mary Elizabeth (Norman) Robinson, who passed away in February 2005.
He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sue Ellen Marshall; one grandson, Scott Allen Miskimen; three brothers, Clyde Robinson, Frank Robinson and Paul Robinson; and one sister, Anise Welker.
He is survived by two daughters, Marilyn Eileen Pollock of Dayton and Janet Marie (Al) Miskimen of Newcomerstown; five grandchildren, Brock (Anna) and Lisa Miskimen, Julie Vonderahe, and Greg (Jennifer) and David Pollock; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday, June 1, 2011, in the Addy Funeral Home, Newcomerstown, with the Rev. Dale Thomas officiating. Burial was in the Plainfield Cemetery.
