KENNETH D. HAMMONS 1947-2013

ZANESVILLE -- Kenneth D. Hammons, 65, of Coshocton, passed away Jan. 1, 2013.

He was born May 3, 1947, in London, a son of Evelyn Watson of Newcomerstown, and the late Raymond Hammons.

He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.

In addition to his mother Evelyn, he is survived by his wife Karen of 45 years; two daughters, Cindy and Shannon; a son Richard; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters Loretta, Cathy, Mary and Marilyn; and brothers, Cal and Bob.

No calling hours will be observed.

A dignified cremation has taken place and arrangements were entrusted to the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville.

He is a bright light in our hearts and will shine on forever.
