BELLVILLE -- A good friend helps get you out of trouble, a great friend helps get you out of trouble and takes the blame. Toad Tedrow was a good and a great friend to many. A friendly face in the community, Toad's friendship could have been considered a full time occupation. Always happy, many were drawn to his big heart and fun personality.
