Milford I. Addy, 78, of Kimbolton, passed away Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Sunday, May 6, 1934, in Tuscarawas County, to the late Clyde and Nellie (Peters) Addy-Lentz.
He retired from Simonds Industry in Newcomerstown, and was a current Township Trustee in Oxford Township in Tuscarwas County.
On Saturday, Dec. 5, 1953, he married Mary Etta (Little) Addy, who died July 5, 2005.
He is survived by three sons, David (Pam) Addy of Coshocton, Mark (Kathy) Addy of Gaffney, S.C., and Jeff Addy of Charoltte, N.C.; two daughters, Teresa (Allen) Gress of West Lafayette and Janice Larrick of Parkersburg, W.Va.; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Evelyn Haver of California, Roberta Cutshall of Tennessee, Katherine Lentz of Texas, Marjorie Moore of Newcomerstown; three sisters-in-law, Ruth, Delores and Pat Addy; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by seven brothers, Robert, Marvin, Darrell, Edgar, Loren, Roger and Harold Addy.
Services were Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at the Addy Funeral Home, Newcomerstown, with the Rev. Chris Cutshall officiating.
Burial was in Peoples Community Church Cemetery.
