Linda Kay (Wilson) Ott, 70, of 5552 Dakota Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017, at Gulfside Hospice in Zephyrhills, FL, following complications from a stroke that left her paralyzed in 2014 and another stroke that took her life the day of her passing.

Born April 15, 1946, in Guernsey, Ohio, she was the daughter of Andrew J. and Wanda F. Wilson of West Lafayette, Ohio, both deceased. Also preceding her in death are her sister, Janice (Wilson) Armbruster of Cambridge, OH and her brother Andrew (Hal) Wilson of Ferris, TX.

She was a 1964 graduate of Newcomerstown High School and received a dental assistant degree in the Washington D.C. area.

She attended First Christian Church in Zephyrhills, FL. She was an avid quilt maker and also loved sewing and crocheting. She was a loving wife and mother. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, neighbors, and pets.

Surviving are her husband, Malcolm (Doyle) Ott of Zephyrhills, FL; a daughter, Cathy (Schuler) Berger married to Matthew Berger of Wesley Chapel, FL; a son, Randall Schuler married to Marilyn (Espinosa) Schuler of Land O' Lakes, FL; stepdaughters Rochelle (Ott) Baker married to Todd Baker of Mentor-on-the-Lake, OH; Rhonda (Ott) Washington of Avon Park, FL; stepson, Ryan Ott of New Philadelphia, OH; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; several cousins, nieces, nephews; and former husband, Robert Schuler of Leesburg, FL.

Services are 4 p.m. Sunday, February 26, 2017, at the First Christian Church located at 6040 8th St. Zephyrhills, FL 33542, with Pastor Nan Riddle officiating. Her remains will be kept with her family.
