It's too bad the Village of Newcomerstown didn't have the money to have a camera to put at the village lot to see who was dumping the wrong things in the hopper used for three limbs and grass.

Some people would throw their plastic bags with grass in them instead of dumping the grass out of them and taking the bags back home with them.

I always used a tarp, shake the grass out and take it home to use it for the next time.

Also, someone was putting lumber with nails in the hopper.

Now the hopper is gone, thanks to those people.
