There's a name above all others, wonderful to hear, bringing hope and cheer. It's the lovely name of Jesus, evermore the same, what a lovely name . Sweeter than the songs they sing in Heaven. Let the world proclaim, what a lovely name.

I love to hear Pastor Boyle and his family sing this song. It truly is one of my favorites. It never fails to bring a blessing when I hear the lovely name of Jesus; sweeter than the songs they sing in Heaven, the name of my Savior and Lord. Having met this man Jesus, the one who gave His life that I could go free, I understand the loveliness of the name. My heart swells with thankfulness and wonder that He could love a sinner like me. There is love in the name of Jesus.

And there is power in the name. At the name of Jesus, demons tremble, and Satan will flee. The Bible clearly tells us the day will come when at the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:12. And there is power to save and forgive, but in no other name.

Knowing His name brings blessings words cannot explain. Let the world proclaim, what a lovely name.

It's a blessing to know, hear, and call on, the name of Jesus.
