Trojans fall to Garaway in golf action SUGARCREEK -- Host Garaway took advantage of the home course at Willandale to roll to a 162-196 blanking of the Newcomerstown Trojans in Inter-Valley Conference golf action Thursday. Ryan Troyer fired a three-over 39 to pace a tight group of scorers for the Pirates. Kolt Andreas followed closely with a 40, Donny Beachy carded a 41 and Cody Mast completed the scoring with a 42. Newcomerstown (1-6, 0-4 IVC) was led by Boss Gibson with a 42. Scott Neighbor came in with a 45 followed by Steven Brooks with 51 and Zach McKibben with 58. NEXT-- Newcomerstown hosts Ridgewood at Hickory Flats Golf Course on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
