The following is the November schedule for the Newcomerstown Quilt Bees.
Nov. 5, Beginner Quilt Piecing and Quilt Bees, 6 to 9 p.m. Beginners will be tackling the concept of inset corners with a block called Attic Windows. Quilt Bees are currently working on a Buckeye Log Cabin or UFO.
Nov. 10, Quilt Bees, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The group is working on a pineapple quilt.
Nov. 12, Beginner Quilt Piecing and Quilt Bees, 6 to 9 p.m. The beginners will be working on a star patch learning how to string piece. The Quilt Bees will work on UFOs.
Nov. 17, Quilt Bees 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Finishing up their pineapple quilts or any other UFO for the year.
Nov. 19, Beginner Quilt Piecing and Quilt Bees, 6 to 9 p.m. Beginners will work on the Finishing Touches of taking the quilt blocks they have made these last nine weeks and making them into a quilt. The Quilt Bees will have a UFO and finishing up projects for the year, so a new quilt can be started in January!
