Wednesday Evenings During Lent
Roscoe United Methodist Church invites you Wednesday evenings during Lent, March 8-April 12 at 5:30 p.m. to gather for a light meal in Fellowship Hall. From 6-7 p.m., Lenten Study will be on Adam Hamilton's Creed What Christians Believe and Why. Bring the whole family. Children will learn songs to share with the congregation on Easter morning, April 16. If you like to sing, the chancel choir rehearses from 7-8 p.m. each Wednesday. About every 4-6 weeks, the instrumentalists (trumpet, clarinet, trombone, etc.) play along with organ and piano accompanying the hymns. Excitement builds as Awana children prepare for the Grand Prix Race at First Baptist Church, West Lafayette
Calvary Baptist Church, Fresno Bible Church, and Chili Crossroads will join First Baptist Church, 688 E. Main St., West Lafayette, for the great race with Brandon Ford of Columbus, with his practice track and electronic track for the finals on Saturday, March 25, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Contact one of these churches so you can be a part of this fun. First Baptist Church men head for Parkside Church in Chagrin Falls on March 4 for the WALK WORTHY: Men's Conference. They will be encouraged and motivated by pastors and leaders who are walking the walk and lift their hearts and voices together with hundreds of other men in renewed worship of the Lord.
