West Lafayette native to have song featured in ensemble performance
COSHOCTON -- The Muskingum University Concert Choir and Chamber Singers will sing at The Presbyterian Church, 142 N. Fourth St., Coshocton, on Wednesday, March 17 at 7:30 p.m.
The ensemble just returned from their spring tour which included 10 concerts in Ohio, MIchigan, Illinois and Indiana. Sacred Selections on the program will include works by Vittoria, Haydn and Menelssohn. The second half of the concert will include folk songs, works by Eric Ehitacre, and an original composition by John Pollock. Pollock is a West Lafayette native and is a senior music education student in the choir. The choir will conclude with some American classics.
The concert will be in the chapel and is part of the church's Lenten programming. The church is located across from the courtsquare and there is ample parking.
