DOVER -- The Dover Public Library will be hosting a six week series of programs called Healthy Habits for Life from Jan. 8 through Feb. 12.
In cooperation with the Tuscarawas County Ohio State University Extension office and Super Fitness, this series will help participants establish life-long eating and activity habits. Presenters for the program will be Ohio State University Extension registered dieticians, Christine Kendle and Linda Krupa, and Super Fitness program director Karen Rambach.
All six sessions are held on Tuesdays and will take place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the library's Community Room. A $15 fee for the series will cover a Healthy Habits for Life guidebook. Healthy snacks will be provided each week.
