NEW PHILADELPHIA -- Youth, ages 9 to 13, are invited to participate in a "4-H project discovery day" to be Saturday, Feb. 23 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Broadway United Methodist Church in New Philadelphia.

Current 4-Hers, as well as others interested in learning more about 4-H, are invited to attend. Participants will take part in sewing, art, photography, and cooking "make and take" projects and activities. No prior experience in these project areas is needed.

Create with 4-H! is presented by Ohio State University Extension staff with the assistance of adult 4-H volunteers and the 4-H Food & Fashion Board. Cost for the program is $5 per child. Lunch, snack, and most materials for the projects will be provided. Registration form may be found online at Click on 4-H Youth Development, then Create with 4-H!
