CAMBRIDGE -- The Copers Cancer Support Group and Southeastern Med Relay For Life team is bringing a welcome touch of spring to Guernsey County with a Spring Flower Fling sale.
This event, previously known as Daffodil Days, will offer daffodils and tulips for order, as well as a new genuine Boyd's Bear. Money raised during the Spring Flower Fling will help fund research, education and service programs conducted by the American Cancer Society.
Available for order are 6-inch potted daffodils or tulips, 4-inch potted daffodils or tulips, or an arrangement of 10 cut daffodils in a beautiful vase for donations ranging from $8 to $13. Also available is a "Bear & a Pot" which consist of a new genuine Boyd's Bear and a 4-inch pot of daffodils for a donation of $30. Daffodils are yellow in color and tulips are pink or purple. Orders can be placed until March 12. Flowers will be available for pick up or delivery on March 29. Delivered orders will be charged an additional $4.
