CAMBRIDGE -- The Haven of Hope recently hired Chad Elliott as a victim advocate.
Elliott is a graduate of Newcomerstown High School and earned a bachelor's degree in criminology from The Ohio State University.
He is a veteran of Iraq and served five years in the United States Army. He is a Purple Heart recipient. He and his wife Tarez have a son Liam who is 9 months old.
"I am honored to have someone of Chad's caliber as a part of our agency. His background and commitment to his country will add to the well rounded services the Haven of Hope has been known to offer to victims of crime in our community," said Haven of Hope Executive Director Michelle Carpenter.
