Restricted leaf pickup

The Village of Newcomerstown will not be picking up leaves like they have in year's past. The village does not have the resources to complete this task.

Instead, they ask residents to mulch leaves or they will pick up bagged leaves that are placed at the curb. The village employees will make trips around town looking for the bags placed on the curbstrip.
