CAMBRIDGE -- Southeastern Med invites cancer survivors, caregivers, family members, and friends to celebrate National Cancer Survivors Day (NCSD). The 27th annual event will take place on Sunday, June 1 at 1 p.m. at the Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center, 7033 Glenn Highway in Cambridge.
Registration will begin at noon.
"Win, Beat, Survive" is the theme of this year's celebration.
Michael Sarap, MD, FACS, surgeon with Southeastern Ohio Physicians, Inc. and Southeastern Med medical staff member will be this year's speaker. Senator Troy Balderson, (R) Ohio District 20 and Dr. Sarap will lead the Survivor's Ceremony.
Each survivor is welcome to bring one guest free of charge.
