NEW PHILADELPHIA -- "Ag in the City" at Tuscora Park in New Philadelphia will be June 13 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Rain or shine.

What is "Ag in the City"? It's an opportunity to bring agriculture to the city.

Agriculture is an essential part of our everyday lives. An easy way to remember what agriculture involves is to think of the 5 Fs = farming, food, fabric, forestry and flowers.

Admission is free. They will have bicycles to give-a-way donated by Farm Credit Mid-America, Cali the milk cow, archery, animal petting farm and new this year four-wheeler display, plus much more.

Food will be available for purchase.

This will be a fun family time and we encourage you to be there. This event was made possible by the "Ag in the City" Committee consisting of Tuscarawas County Farm Bureau, Tuscarawas Soil & Water Conservation District, Jimita Holsteins, Agland Co-op Inc., Farm Credit Mid-America, Kuester Implement Company, ODNR Division of Wildlife, OSU Extension -Tuscarawas County and many more.
